History of Le Casino des Fleurs | Le Studio Cannes

Le Studio Cannes was originally in the 1880’s a soap factory, in 1927 the building is significantly raised and made for beginning a large performance hall.

In 1929, “le Sporting Casino” includes a casino, a theatre, a cabaret and a restaurant.

After the war it became “le Casino des fleurs”, essential place for Cannes nights & a very popular dance hall. Television host “Naguy” is said to have started his career there.

In the mid-1980s, the gambling license was transferred to the Palm Beach hotel and “the Casino des fleurs” closed definitively until 2007 where another life is waiting for it.

It was in 2011 that the deconstruction & reconstruction work was completed, ready to welcome one of the most beautiful Caisse d’épargne banches on the Riviera on the ground floor as well as a private bank to welcome its VIP customers on the 1st floor.

The other floors and the terraces intended for them to do events on more than 900m2 with ROOFTOP and naturel trees.

In 2017, “le Casino des fleurs » was renamed « le Studio Cannes » and welcomed the biggest brands for the realization of their events such as L’Oréal, Google, Kering and many others…
